Class Collab: Collective Painting Using Leftover Paint!
Wow! This special painting was made entirely from the leftover paint of up to 13 individual pours at my recent Fluid Art Painting Workshop!
What started as scraps became something new—a collective creation that holds pieces of everyone. To me, it represents many things that I deeply believe:
- We are all contributors to something bigger.
- We each have value.
- Beauty comes from collaboration, imperfection, and release.
- Even our mess can become art.
Meet the Artist
Christina Kafalas is a biracial, disabled, queer, multipassionate business owner and licensed therapist. She is a spirited, self-taught artist best known for her vibrant fluid art and eclectic collection of acrylic paintings. Her hard work and courage have helped her to quicky excel in the art world. She loves being able to connect with others through her paintings by making them feel something when they look at her art.
